Do you have parking?
Reserved parking may be available through the alley behind the building (in between Herschel and Ivanhoe Ave.). Make sure to park in a spot that says “Reserved for Great Massage” only. If those spots are taken, street parking is available.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or make changes to your appointment. If 12-24 hours cancellation notice is given (and we are unable to fill the spot with another guest) you will be charged 50 % of the service price. If less than 12 hours notice is given (and we are unable to fill the spot with another guest), you will be charged full price for your missed appointment. If you are using a gift certificate and give less than 24 hours cancellation notice (and we are unable to fill the spot with another guest), your gift certificate will be considered void.
What are your sanitation protocols?
All therapists thoroughly was their hands immediately before and after each session. All surfaces to include massage tables, face rests, chairs, tables, door knobs etc, are sanitized in between clients. A new set of professionally laundered linens are placed on the tables for each session. Our therapists are happy to wear a mask upon request. We ask that any clients experiencing any illness symptoms stay home. We will do the same.
Should I tip my massage therapist?
Gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated. If you are happy with your massage, 20% gratuity is standard.
Do you take insurance or offer insurance reimbursement or invoicing?
We do not offer any type of itemized insurance invoicing or billing. A receipt can be sent via email or text at checkout, but that is the extent of our administrative obligation.
Are your massage therapists certified?
All of our therapists have undergone professional training, and each have over 10 years of experience. All are certified massage therapists through the California Massage Therapy Council.
Do you offer gift certificates?
We do! Massage makes a wonderful gift for any occasion. Both individual massage and couples massage gift certificates can be purchased by call or text to come pick up a physical gift certificate, or have one mailed out to you or the recipient.
