Updates to Policies and Procedures as a Result of Covid-19

All clients will be required to do the following:
  • Fill out the online waiver located in the client intake section of the website
  • Wait in your car or outside until your therapist texts you that they are ready for you to come in
  • Allow your temperature to be taken upon arrival (anyone with a temperature of higher than 100 degree will be asked to reschedule without a cancellation fee)
  • A mask must be worn at all times (if you do not have one, we can provide one for you)
  • Hand sanitizer will be issued upon entry
  • Contact free payment is preferred via PayPal, Venmo or exact cash or check
  • If you have a cough or any other cold/flu or respiratory symptoms we ask that you reschedule (at no cost)
In turn, we will be doing the following:
  • Regularly disinfecting all surfaces with EPA registered disinfectants (including massage tables, chairs, bathrooms, floors, door handles, oil bottles etc.)
  • Ventilating treatment rooms in between clients (including added time in between clients to open windows, fans and AC units)
  • Wearing masks at all times
  • Thoroughly washing hands, arms, elbows before and after each session, and applying hand sanitizer as needed
  • Changing into a clean smock, apron, or shirt for every client
  • Limiting the total number of clients per day, and staggering arrival times to enforce proper distancing
